Dimensions RM The Dimensions RM Jumpstart enables you to get Dimensions RM operational in your environment. Consultants will plan the implementation, install and configure RM, and create a schema for on project. Included in this Jump Start are two seats in a public RM Administration course and on-site user education for up to 10 users. Dimensions/Dimensions CM The Dimensions/Dimensions CM Jump Start results in a single pilot application under the control of Serena® Dimensions. The engagement includes enrollment for one person in a ten-days Serena public course. This Jump Start begins with implementation planning and then moves into the installation and configuration of Dimensions. A pilot application is then configured using the Intermediate process model. The pilot application artifacts are placed into Dimensions and the functionality is demonstrated. Version Manger Jump Start The Serena® ChangeMan® Version Manager™ Jump Start is a straightforward approach to begin establishing control over your digital assets. In addition to accelerating control of your valuable assets, the Jump Start will also create return your technology investment in the shortest amount of time. By leveraging our subject matter expertise and experience, Serena’s Professional Services Consultants will create a Software Configuration Management (SCM) solution to begin meeting your business needs. Within a week, the Serena Consultant will install, configure and test your version control system in a non-production environment. Serena’s experienced professionals will also provide knowledge transfer to your staff while automating your version control processes. ChangeMan ZMF Jump Start Provide for a successful implementation of one pilot application under Serena® ChangeMan® ZMF Software at CLIENT’s site. This engagement will also provide CLIENT with a solid foundation to coordinate the rollout of additional applications. Collage Jump Start The Serena® Collage Jumpstart is a quick way to get a single website or part of a website into Collage. It begins with the installation and configuration of Collage. Then, three days of intensive training on the tool are conducted, covering importing website content, Collage administration, collage project configurations and many other items. After the education is completed, the website is imported, the project is configured and security is implemented. |
