TeamTrack for ChangeMan ZMF is built on a TeamTrack workflow designed specifically for ZMF. The TeamTrack for ChangeMan workflow defines the process that TeamTrack items must follow from creation to closure.
Visibility and traceability
TeamTrack for ChangeMan includes all of TeamTrack’s capabilities, plus specific pre-configured groups and workflows for the primary types of change requests and integration points with the ZMF environment. The pre-configured groups allow you to define which users have access to data based on their roles. The groups determine the actions that a particular user is permitted to perform. TeamTrack roles map to ChangeMan ZMF approval entities, which are validated by ChangeMan when a user logs into the mainframe from TeamTrack.
From the TeamTrack interface, approvers have complete visibility into the approvals that are expected from them. They can drill down through the package to its components, and even browse the changed source code.
