Quickstart Services for Mariner On Demand

For customers looking to get out of the gate quickly with Mariner On Demand and reduce time to value, we offer several Quickstart service packages that fit a range of needs and budgets.

• Silver Quickstart
  This 2-day assessment service assists customers in defining a roadmap for use of the Mariner project portfolio management solution and planning the first phase of the roadmap. Upon completion of the service, you should understand the tasks, resources, and skills required to initially deploy Mariner. An implementation toolkit is offered to provide a “playbook” for success. In addition, you will receive a one hour follow up session.

  Pricing is $5,000 for a 16 hour collaborative remote session held over two consecutive business days. You may also opt to run this service onsite at your business, with T&E extra.

• Gold Quickstart
  The 5-day Gold Quickstart service includes the Silver Quickstart plus assistance with the first steps of setup and use of the solution. In particular, you will define implementation requirements and create basic configurations for projects and portfolios, request/ideas/proposals, and resource roles and teams.

  Upon completion of the service, you should be ready to enter your specific portfolio of projects and resources into the solution. As part of this service, you will also receive 2 one hour follow up sessions.

  Pricing is $10,000 for a 40 hour collaborative remote session held over one consecutive work week. This service is also available as an onsite engagement, with T&E extra.

• Platinum Quickstart
  The 10-day Platinum Quickstart service builds on the Gold package with expanded configuration assistance along with guidance on entering data and performing analysis of resources and projects. In particular, your Mariner On Demand specialist will use Mariner’s analytical capabilities to construct two datasheets and one dashboard for analysis of the portfolio. As part of this service, you will also receive several value-added items including a training plan, go-live checklist, and 2 one hour follow up sessions.

  At the end of this project, you should complete the configuration and entry of a basic portfolio of projects and resources. You should understand how to add to the portfolio on an ongoing basis and have some experience with analysis of projects and resources using Mariner On Demand.

  Pricing is $20,000 for an 80 hour collaborative remote session held over two consecutive work weeks. This service is also available as an onsite engagement, with T&E extra. Further, customers may also choose one week onsite and one week of remote collaboration.
