Few people have the breadth and depth of agile experience Jeff has. Since the late 1980's Jeff has focused on the process side of development. He consulted on the very first Scrum project in 1993, becoming the first Agile coach. He has taught, coached and mentored scores of Agile teams.

Pete has been closely involved with software tools and methodologies for the past 20 years. As a Rational Software consultant, and later product manager for Rational Rose and Rational Suites, he worked closely with IT organizations trying to adopt software development best practices and knows first hand the failures of waterfall-based approaches. Pete is a CSM and CPO, and currently the Chief Product Owner for Agile and PPM products at Serena.
