September 27, 2011 - Serena showcases Serena Service Manager and Serena Release Manger. Serena Service Manager keeps people and process in sync. It offers industry a fluid, flexible, process-based approach to orchestrating IT service management. This new IT service management solution – deployed from the cloud or on-premises – helps IT organizations drive down service desk costs, speed issue resolution and increase customer satisfaction. Also, Serena Release Manager 2 speeds application delivery with true end-to-end release management. Integration between Serena Service Manager and Serena Release Manager bridges the gap between application development and IT operations.
May 17, 2011 - Serena unveils the new Orchestrated ALM Dashboard for visibility across stakeholders, tools and processes. They also introduce enhanced requirements and development management. CVS Caremark, UK Ministry of Justice, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group are among the customers to Orchestrate End-to-End Application Delivery Processes to reduce rework, increase innovation throughput and improve responsiveness to the business.
