The Serena Partner Community

You probably already have a Serena account if you are an active partner. Just go to the community home page and from the top nav update your account so you receive a password. Then join the Partner Group to get access to sales tools, support forums and so much more.

The Serena Mashup Exchange

As part of the community you have access to everything in the Mashup Exchange. The Exchange provides a way to browse, test drive, install, publish and sell Business Mashups. Serena partners, customers, independent developers and anyone else can offer their Mashup on the Exchange – free or for sale. To post and offer your own Business Mashup is just a Marketing Agreement away.

Marketbright

You may already know this system that manages your company profile and now holds automated co-branded marketing campaigns that partners can use in their own markets. Access to a Serena-funded implementation of Marketbright marketing automation allows partners to create their own co-branded campaigns from Serena templates, and track leads and activities in their campaigns. Access and customized your own lead-generation campaigns based on successful Serena marketing initiatives.

Salesforce.com Partner Relationship Management

Serena has extended the award-winning Salesforce.com sales management product line to our indirect channels. Through the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, partners can securely register leads, track opportunities, request marketing funds, and quickly access relevant information to help them easily do business with Serena.
