Gary Donnelly has been with Serena for seven years.  He has been teaching Dimensions CM for the past six years and recently added RTM to his mix.  Previously, Gary taught the Version Manager Pro series and has been a technical instructor for over eleven years He is a member of ASTD and has obtained ASTDcertification in professional training. . Gary has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.. 

Alan Bargerstock has been a Serena instructor since August 2000.  Initially responsible for the Version Manager and Tracker technical training programs, Alan now also focuses on Serena TeamTrack.  Alan has developed alternative delivery methods for Serena’s training offerings, and is a key contributor to courseware development. Alan has over 30 years experience in IT with a concentration in the telecommunications industry. In the past decade, Alan has developed interactive multimedia applications for the internal and external audiences for Sprint, Eastman Kodak, Capitol Records, Rival, Marion Merrell Dow and Saint Luke's Health System and others. Alan’s commercial credits include development of "That's News to Me" and "That's Geek to Me", two entertainment CD-ROM titles featuring the veteran funnyman, Dennis Miller.

Don Kimmick has spent more than 10 years teaching about such Serena products as Dimensions, Version Manager and TeamTrack.  Don was instrumental in the planning and implementation of the first instructor-led online course offerings for these products.  Don has an extensive background in telecommunications, networks and database systems. 

Greg Walters has many years of experience teaching Serena TeamTrack and Serena Collage courses.  In addition to being a technical education specialist, Greg has also held positions as a webmaster, and technical writer.  Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Colorado Technical University, in 2005.

Steve Roberts has been supporting the Serena Dimensions, Version Manager and Tracker products since March of 2000.  In his capacity as Consultant and Instructor.  Steve also teaches Serena TeamTrack classes.  Steve has degrees in Information Technology and Chemistry and has also studied Religion and Music.  Prior to joining Serena, Steve held various positions including Software Configuration Management Administrator.
