"We're very fortunate here at Serena – we've got very cool technology to work on and many great offices around the world to hang out in. Because of this, we think it's important to give something back to the folks in our local community who are less fortunate than us. For this reason we created our 'Serena Gives Back' program.
We think the most important thing to give to our community is our time. It’s something that everyone at Serena can give in equal amounts and so once a quarter we organize a company charity day. We focus on the environment, children in need, cancer victims, anything that we decide is important in our community. All our sites participate and we hope, on any given day, to have over 500 employees helping out in some way, shape or form.
