Visibility and traceability
Business Mashups for ChangeMan includes all of Business Mashup’s capabilities, plus specific pre-configured groups and workflows for the primary types of change requests and integration points with the ZMF environment. The pre-configured groups allow you to define which users have access to data based on their roles. The groups determine the actions that a particular user is permitted to perform. Business Mashups roles map to ChangeMan ZMF approval entities, which are validated by ChangeMan when a user logs into the mainframe from Business Mashups.
From the Business Mashup interface, approvers have complete visibility into the approvals that are expected from them. They can drill down through the package to its components, and even browse the changed source code.
