Through industry expertise, specialized knowledge and experience, our partners extend our offerings helping our customers maximize their investment and use of Serena's solutions.

Global Alliances

Global Alliances include both system integrators who provide large-scale domain expertise along with design and implementation services. They are also managed service providers who have standardized on Serena solutions as part of their service offerings.

Regional Partners

Regional Partners offer services in a few countries or regions, and include system integrators and managed service providers that support customers in the design and implementation of Serena solutions. There are three tiers of Regional Partners: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Platinum Partners

Platinum Partners
Platinum Partners have achieved annual sales targets, and have met all sales and technical product training requirements. Platinum Partners work with an Alliance Manager to help them grow their business with Serena, through business planning, pipeline reviews, access to Partner resources, access to our executive and product management teams, and access to technical pre-sales and post-sales resources.

Gold Partners

Gold Partners
Gold Partners have also achieved annual sales targets, and have met all sales and technical product training requirements. Gold Partners work with an Alliance Manager to help them grow their business with Serena, through business planning, monthly pipeline reviews, access to Partner resources, sales and product certification programs, and access to technical pre-sales and post-sales resources.

Silver Partners

Silver Partners
Silver Partners have been chosen for their potential growth in a particular geography or solution area. They will work with one of our Partner Managers to establish some 12 month goals on revenue and product certification. They will have access to Serena's Partner resources, Sales community and Enablement portal to support them through the trial period. Field engagements will be supported by Serena's in-field account managers.
