The SAP Pinnacle Award 2003 program recognizes SAP Services, Technology and Software Partners that have excelled in developing a partnership and mutual business with SAP by providing high-quality products, solutions and services to SAP customers. Serena was one of only 13 companies selected to win this year’s award. Other recipients included IBM, Accenture, HP, Intel and Sun Microsystems. Serena was singled out for its highly visible and ongoing support for SAP solution-based environments, including its tight integration of Serena® Collage® (formerly known as Merant Collage®) with the SAP NetWeaver open integration and application platform.
