One of the most hilarious presenters in the technology community is George Spalding of Pink Elephant. As Executive VP, he also has a serious side and is one of the primary authors of ITIL version 3. Day two of the conference started with George looking back at the state of release management since Y2K and then he abruptly brought us up to date with the challenges that we face in a mobile-to-mainframe world.
